Applications for Personal Licences, Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates

 

Application packs for personal licences, premises licences and club premises certificates under the new licensing regime can be obtained from the Council's Licensing Section or can now be downloaded online.

In addition to the relevant application form the packs contain Information Sheets and Guidance Notes prepared by the Council to assist applicants in making their application. Applicants are advised to ensure that application forms are completed fully and that all required documents are provided. Failure to do so will delay the processing of applications and incomplete applications will be returned to applicants.

Applicants are strongly advised to have regard to the following documents as appropriate when making their application(s). Copies of the documents can be viewed via the link's below or alternatively a copy is available on the Town Hall reception.
