Trading standards

 

Trading standards officers are able to provide guidance and advice on legislation including agriculture, civil law, weights and measures, food, fair trading and product safety. They welcome calls from businesses that are based in the area and are seeking guidance or clarification on trading standards issues. We recognise that correct information can avoid costly mistakes.
