The council currently has no properties for sale.
Important notice
If you are a new business or taking a business premise for the first time, the council may require you to submit a business plan prior to completion of a lease. The business plan would need to explain in detail:
- Why the proposed business will be viable;
- Give relevant experience in the running of the proposed business;
- Full details of your funding and financing arrangements;
- Give cash-flow projections dealing with anticipated first year activity.
