Our standards

All customers are given a personalised user guide that explains in detail what they can expect from the cleaning service, what cleaning operations will take place and that standards that will be achieved.

We are committed to the British Institute of Cleaning Science Technical Standards that define precise, measurable and challenging operational standards for each task carried out in different types of buildings.

Statutory standards relating to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) are adhered to.
These lay down clear and sensible guidelines relating to the storage and use of chemical products which may be used in the cleaning processes. A copy of the guidelines is available in each establishment that we clean.

Please view our Customer Charter which outlines the standards of customer care you can expect from us.
