How do I know my children will be safe?
All education facilities must be registered and inspected by Ofsted (Office for Standards in Education).
Ofsted also regulate all registered childcare for children under eight years old.
Staff who have unsupervised contact with children have to undergo a criminal records check by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) to ensure that they have no criminal records that could affect the safety of the children in their care.
