Finance

Finance is part of the Corporate Service Directorate. The Head of service for finance is John Hayes and the Executive Board Member for Corporate Services is Councillor Walker. 

The overall purpose of finance is to help the Council achieve its ambitions by ensuring the Council’s money is put to the best use at every level in the organisation.
