The Council is made up of 57 elected members, known as councillors, who each represent one of the 22 wards within Warrington.

Councillors
Members are elected for a four year period and their role is:
- to serve on the council, committees and outside bodies
- to listen to and represent the views of their constituents
- to get involved with and to lead the community and
- to deal with individual ward-based queries
Councillors welcome contact with local residents and businesses and your views are vital to them to enable them to improve local services and to transform Warrington. You can contact councillors by telephone, email or letter, or meet them face to face.
