Members' Code of Conduct

The Council has adopted the Model Code of Conduct provided by the Standards Board for England, which sets out the standards required of councillors in their public life.  The members' Code of Conduct forms part of the Council's Constitution.

The code applies to all councillors and co-opted members of the Council.  A link to the code is provided below, together with guidance issued by the Standards Board:
