Corporate Plan 2009 - 2012

In preparing and updating the Corporate Plan each year we reflect on achievements against our vision for the borough and our strategic objectives. We consider new pressures and the needs of the community we serve to identify our priorities, taking on board responses from community consultation, inspection recommendations and performance results.
