This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All calls are charged at local rates.

Have your invoice and an appropriate debit / credit card to hand then simply call (01925) 443300 and follow the instructions.

Operator Assisted

You can call one of our operator assisted numbers to make a payment to various Council funds.

The service is available from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

You can make payments by telephone to the following funds:

  • Council Tax*
  • Housing Rent
  • Business Rates*
  • Sundry Invoices*
  • Housing Benefit Overpayments*
  • Social Services Invoices*     

* Minimum transaction on these funds is £5.

Please note that we are only able to accept Housing Rent or Council Tax
