Housing Options Panel
The purpose of the Housing Options Panel is to carry out a detailed examination of all the options available to the council for the future management and ownership of the housing stock.
The panel consists of five tenants, five employees of Golden Gates Housing and five councillors.

Other interested bodies (e.g. trade unions) will also be able to attend.
The panel will:
- Examine the facts
- Learn from others experiences
- Undertake visits
- Make a recommendation to the council
It is proposed that the Housing Options Panel will meet every three weeks. The first meeting of the panel took place on 8 April 2008. You can view the action notes from this meeting here.
