Who will be delivering my training?

The role of your TLO (Training Liaison Officer), is to support you in your personal development.

This is accomplished primarily through the assessment of vocational qualifications, in which you demonstrate competence at work.

Your TLO will also offer you guidance and support throughout the programme to ensure your career prospects are enhanced through the training delivered.

As well as support from your Training Liaison Officer you can access support via other Apprentices, this is known as our Buddy Mentor Scheme.  Our Buddy Mentor Notes provide more details about this service.
