Options for making a complaint

 

Option 1 by telephone 

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service or wish to point out a fault, you can telephone one of our Training Liaison Officers on 01925 458100 or contact the Apprenticeship Manager Karan Waller on 01925 458104 or Head of Training & Development Paul Sinclair on 01925 458114    

Option 2 by letter

You can write with your comments to our Apprenticeship Manager or Head of Training and Development.  Both are based at the following address: Personal Development Centre, Irwell Road, Warrington, WA4 6QR.    

Option 3 in person

You may wish to ask a friend or relative to come with your or even speak on your behalf.  You can just call into the Personal Development Centre, but it may be better to telephone first and make an appointment.    

Option 4 by e-mail

If you have access to a computer you can e-mail your comments to mainbox@warrington.gov.uk.  Your e-mail will be forwarded to the relevant officer who can deal with your complaint.     

Option 5 via you local Councillor
