Library service plans and strategies
The library service has a long tradition in Warrington, being the first rate supported public library in England. In 2006, the service extended to become the Libraries, Heritage and Learning service, sitting within the Leisure, Culture and Heritage service. A great deal has been achieved and our libraries are highly regarded by users.
A shared vision for the future of the leisure, culture and heritage service is described in the 'Vibrant and Active' document, which demonstrates a clear commitment to continued service excellence and development.
