At present, all of our available allotment plots are currently occupied. The waiting lists for the Warrington Borough Council allotment plots vary from site to site and upon submitting your application we will contact you when a plot becomes available.

Where are the allotments?
There are 12 allotment sites situated in the Warrington area and they are managed by various organisations. Click here for a map and list. 
Warrington Borough Council, Outdoor Facilities Section is responsible for 7 sites at:
- Orford Park, Orford
- Brian Avenue, Orford
- Kingsway North East, Latchford
- Lilford Avenue, Bewsey
- Longshaw Street, Bewsey
- Victoria Park North, Latchford
- Victoria Park, Blackbear, Latchford
Warrington Borough Council, Property Services Section is responsible for 1 site at:
- Steel Street, Fairfield
Parish Council and Town Councils are responsible for sites in the:
- Lymm District
- Woolston Area
Stockton Heath Garden Society is responsible for 1 site at:
- Red Lane, Stockton Heath
Peel Holdings is responsible for 1 site at:
- Taylor Street, Lower Walton
How much is a plot?
Warrington Borough Council, Outdoor facilities section has various sizes and types of plots available. Proportional rents are charged for part year occupation.

New tenants are required to pay a returnable deposit on acceptance of a new plot, in addition to the annual rent.
Are there any discounts available?
There is a 50% reduction for senior citizens a reduction for leisure card holders. To confirm what discount you are entitled to, please contact us.
How do I make a payment?
An annual invoice is sent in January of each year.
How do I apply for an allotment?
To apply for a plot with WBC, Outdoor Facilities section, you can contact us by phone, fax, or mail (see useful contacts) or complete our online form.
