It's better than Daytime TV as local poet Rosalind Vail has told us ....
Jeremy Kyle is the worst
He makes my brain want to burst.
Next in line is Ricki Lake
The people on it are really fake.
Trisha is also really bad
When it's over I am really glad.
I have proved my point
Daytime TV is boring
So I think it is worth ignoring!
So, whether by ode, short verse, rhyme or Haiku – you are invited to come along to Warrington Central Library on Museum Street from 7 pm – 9 pm and share your words with others. If you are a lover of poetry or just want to see what all the fuss is about you won’t be disappointed with these evenings full of inspiration and creativity!
Admission is free and refreshments will be available.
For further details please telephone Susan Ashworth at Warrington Library on 01925 442889.
