Tenants’ conference

A review of the future of housing stock and options for management and ownership of homes currently managed by Golden Gates Housing is being conducted by the council.

The council will be holding a conference for tenants to discuss the housing options appraisal and the results of a recent stock condition survey of council homes. Tenants will also be asked what they think of the current services they receive and what they would like to see in the future.

The conference will take place on Friday 18 July from 10am until 3.30pm in the Conference Space at The Gateway, Sankey Street, Warrington.

Free places at the conference are available to any council tenant and out of pocket expenses will be provided. Refreshments and lunch will also be provided.
