Egg-stra special events for Easter
THERE’S plenty of cracking Easter activities on offer at Warrington Museum & Art Gallery.
There’s a special family day where everyone can learn how to make their own organic paper and cards, as well as a range of free workshops throughout the Easter period.
Artist Jonathan Korejko will be on hand at the family workshop on Saturday 29 March to show children, parents and guardians how they can make paper - and their own personalised Easter card - from flower petals in their garden.
This event can welcome a maximum of 60 people split over four workshops and places must be reserved in advance - so book early to avoid disappointment.
There are also three separate drop-in workshops to enjoy, starting with the Daft Daffs event on Tuesday 25 March, where visitors can make their own Easter daffodil.
On Thursday 27 March, the Bunny Cups workshop offers you the chance to make Easter bunny egg cups or masks, while visitors can have a go at making finger puppets at the It’s Jester Puppet workshop on Tuesday 1 April.
For further detail or to book your place at the papermaking workshop, please call 01925 442399.
