Searching Planning Applications On-Line
This service includes all planning applications since 1996. The system is updated daily and any new applications will be available the day after registration.
Copyright Warning: Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the Copyright Acts (section 47, 1988 act). You may only use material that is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. This service utilises functions in Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 and above. If using previous versions errors may occur, therefore it is recommended you update your Adobe Acrobat Reader if required.
If you require scale measurements of the plans included in the applications, then free reader software, which includes a measuring tool, can be found at http://www.bravaviewer.com/downloadreader.htm. This measuring tool can be calibrated against the scale provided on each plan.
