This document lists the changes to the first deposit Warrington Unitary Development Plan (June 2001) proposed by the Council and published in the Revised Deposit UDP (October 2002).

The revised deposit draft records changes to the plan in the following manner:

Changes to the proposals map are also listed in this document. 

For each part 2 policy, the reference to 'Community Plan Pledge(s)' in the first deposit draft has now been amended to 'Corporate Pledge(s)'. The pledge references plus objective references (in brackets) now refer to the pledge(s) only. Although these changes are highlighted in the revised deposit draft, they are not individually recorded on this schedule. This global change to all part 2 policies has occurred because the Community Plan has now become the Council’s Best Value Performance Plan and revisions to that document were made in March 2002.  

The revised deposit draft does not record minor editorial changes such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalisation, abbreviation etc.
