Conservation area guidance
These leaflets give advice to all property owners in the borough's 17 conservation areas (in the settlements of Warrington, Lymm, Grappenhall, Walton, Thelwall, Culcheth and Stockton Heath) about the planning controls which are used to protect and enhance their character and appearance.
