Payment Methods

There are a number of ways to pay your parking fine. The easiest and quickest way to pay is online and can be completed below.

• ONLINE payments by debit or credit card can be made 24 hours a day at this link

• BY POST

Payment may be made by crossed cheque or postal order made payable to:
WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.

Please write the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number and your address on the reverse of the cheque/postal order.
 
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH, BANK NOTES OR BLANK POSTAL ORDERS THROUGH THE POST.  Responsibility cannot be taken for loss of cash, bank notes or blank postal orders by post.

Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you need a receipt.  Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

The following cards are acceptable: Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro. 

• IN PERSON 

Payment may be made in person at the following facility:

The office is available to take payments between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public & Bank Holidays

Please request and retain receipt as proof of payment.
