Residents parking schemes

 

Residents Parking Schemes are usually designed to help residents park close to their homes and make it more difficult for non residents to park. Schemes do not reserve places exclusively for permit holders but permit holders may park within any of the streets within their designated zone without restriction in the resident parking bays provided. Some of these schemes allow non permit holders to park for a limited period of time, usually up to 90 minutes. Please check individual scheme notices.
