What is Street Scene?

Street Scene is a way of co-ordinating the management and maintenance of the borough's open spaces.

This is to be done through a neighbourhood co-ordination approach.

The service aims to:

• Work with the community and local partners to best deliver their services 
• Better management of the local environment 

Through the introduction of neighbourhood co-ordination, the borough has been divided into four geographical areas, each of which has it's own Street Scene area manager.

• Dog fouling

• Environmental campaigns
• Flytipping
• Grafitti
• Grass cutting
• Highway hedge cutting

• Road spillages
• Shrub bed maintenance
