What is Shopmobility?
Shopmobility Warrington is a registed charity operated by Warrington Disability Partnership offering people with temporary or permanent mobility problems or disabilities the chance to experience greater freedom and indpendance.
Who uses Shopmobility?
The scheme is available to anyone with mobility difficulties, whether temporary or permanent. You can always call us for an informal chat to see if we can help.
Where is Shopmobility?
Equipment can be collected from the Shopmobility units next to the car park on Legh Street, from the Disability information stall in Warrington Market and from Warrington Bus Interchange.
We also liase with Dial-A-Ride, who use the drop off point outside Shopmobility.
When can you use Shopmobility?
The scheme operates six days a week.
Legh Street opening times:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm
Market opening times:
Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm
Bus Interchange opening times:
Monday to Saturday 9am to 3pm

How to join
To join the scheme all you need to do is call in at the Shopmobility office next to the car park in Legh Street, complete a short registration form (not for day visitors), sign a medical declaration and provide identification, joining fee and photographs as detailed below. All new members are fully trained on the equipment before taking it out for the first time.

Benefits to members
