Parent Partnership Service

Warrington and Halton Joint Parent Partnership Service (PPS) offers impartial guidance and support to parents or carers of children with special educational needs. We work closely with parents, the local authority, schools and other professionals. Our role is to make sure parents and carers know about the options available to them, to help them play a more active role in their child’s education. Sometimes people are referred to us, but we will only get involved if parents or carers want our help. We respect confidentiality at all times.
