Children's Centres

 

Children’s Centres are useful resources for parents, parents-to-be, their babies, toddlers, young children and the rest of the family. They provide lots of different services for you and your children within your local community so you don’t have to travel far.

Sure Start for all
Warrington Borough Council and its partners want to make sure that all children in the area have the opportunity to reach their potential. Children’s Centres are part of the Sure Start For All and Every Child Matters strategies. 

Children’s Centres in Warrington
Every community in Warrington will have access to Children’s Centre services by 2010.  There are currently 11 Children’s Centres in Warrington:

Services offered at Children’s Centres
There are parent/carer and child groups, antenatal classes, baby and postnatal sessions, adult learning courses, family support, healthcare checks, play areas, community cafés and much more.
