- JD 11 - Reports and action plans for all serious case reviews in the last three years (there is nothing to submit against this request as we have had no serious case reviews in the last three years)
- JD 12 - Missing children protocols or equivalents
- JD 13 - Council's arrangements for monitoring school performance and differentiating the challenge and support provided
- JD 14 - Youth Service Annual Plan
- JD 15 - Minutes of meetings involving children and young people in local decision making (material submitted under this document request is not available for publication on this website)
- JD 19 - Local Learning and Skills Council strategic area review
- JD 20 - Guidance on drawing up Personal Education Plans, Transition Plans and Pathway Plans for LAC and LDD
- JD 21 - Information for looked after children and their carers on available services and how to access them
- JD 22 - Details of information and training on the needs of looked after children provided to
carers and other providers, including records of take-up over the last two years - JD 23 & 27 - Information for looked after children on benefits and policy on financial support for care leavers
