Potholes/Paving Comment/Complaint

Warrington Borough Council has responsibility for maintenance and repair of potholes where the surface of the road has been eroded posing a risk to road users.

Warrington Borough Council also has responsibility for the maintenance of pavements within the area and dealing with paving stone theft, ensuring there is no risk to public safety resulting from the theft.

Please complete this form if you have an enquiry or comment regarding the condition or safety of pavements, missing service box covers, missing gully grates; or if you wish to report a pothole which you feel is causing a danger to road users.

This service is free of charge and the form will take less than five minutes to complete.

On submission, your request/enquiry will be submitted directly to the highways team.
