Roads Resurfacing Fund - ‘Made possible by reallocated HS2 funding’
The Department for Transport (DfT) has announced the start of an eleven-year plan commencing in 2023 to invest in highway maintenance arising out of the cancellation of the northern HS2 line. This report sets out a plan for the additional resurfacing and other highways maintenance work which Warrington Borough Council will deliver with the additional funding.
