Like most local government services, our provision of apprenticeships is subject to external inspection and self assessment (grading). 

Each year the council assesses how well it provides training for its young employees on a scale of 1 (outstanding) to 4 (inadequate) and it does so through the publication of its annual self assessment report (SAR).
