My library account on EPS
To use the 'my library account' functions you will need to login to the EPS portal.
To do this, enter the number on your library ticket in the username box. Please type the number in full with no spaces, e.g. 24143001234567
The password is your library personal identification number (PIN), it is 4-digit number. If you do not yet have a PIN, take your library card to your library of choice and the staff there will be able to help.
For security reasons we are not able to give a PIN over the telephone, so please request this on a visit in person with your library ticket to hand.

Please note the catalogue is generally not available from 3am-4.30am to allow for essential maintenance.
