- Library staff will send you an email on the day the items you have requested are ready for collection
- They will also send you an email reminder three days before items on loan are due back
- Or if you don't manage to renew or return items, an overdue email reminder will be sent after five days.
To sign up for email notices visit your local library, or visit the EPS page to sign up online - you will need your ticket number and PIN to do so.
