WALTON HALL OPEN DAY
Following its recent refurbishment Walton Hall is open to the public today. Once the ancestral home of the Greenall family, it is now a leading wedding and conference venue. The Friends of Walton Estate will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and to highlight the good work they have done and continue to do for the estate through their events and fundraising activities. The bar shall be open for refreshments.

Fancy Starting or Improving your Golf?
Well get going in 2012 with Director of Golf and PGA Professional Paul Hodgson who will be running golf lessons for individuals and groups throughout the year at Walton Hall Golf Course.
Lessons are suitable for all levels of golfer, both male and female from beginners/novices right through to experienced and expert players. Juniors of all ages are encouraged to take part in the junior group lessons that take place on a Saturday at 10.00am and 3.00pm at the golf course, which is officially recognised as a Grass Roots Centre in association with the Golf Foundation.
Children will receive fun and informative tuition in a safe and secure environment and begin working through challenges and skills featured in the Golf Foundations Golfing Passport programme.
So come and give it a go! Group tuition from £5 and individual lessons from £10.00.
