Internet payments
Welcome to Warrington Borough Council's online payment service.
Using this 24 hour online facility you can make a payment of:
- Council tax*
- NNDR (business rates)
- Invoices
- School meals
*Payment to these options can only be made with a Debit Card.
The Internet card payment system will not be available on Saturday 26/05/12 between 6pm and midnight due to essential maintenance. Our Automated Telephone Payment Service will be available, please call 01925 454345 if you would like to make a payment during this time.
Go to the online payment system
All transactions take place within a secure payment system using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a standard which is supported by most Internet browsers. All personal details that you provide are protected using 128-bit encryption when transmitted over the internet.
If you are in a public place we strongly advise you to make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details to prevent them being misused by somebody else.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All calls are charged at local rates. Have your invoice and an appropriate debit / credit card to hand then simply call 454345 and follow the instructions.
Operator assistedYou can call one of our operator assisted numbers to make a payment to various council funds. The service is available from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Have your invoice and an appropriate debit / credit card to hand then call the following number:

- Council tax*
- Business rates*
- Sundry invoices*
- Housing benefit overpayments*
- Social services invoices*
* Minimum transaction on these funds is £5.

Please note that we are only able to accept housing benefit overpayments or council tax payments by debit card.
