Warrington Borough Council's publication scheme

GatesA publication scheme is a requirement of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  It essentially outlines information that the council holds and proactively makes available to the public.

The information included in the scheme is therefore exempt from the FOIA as it is either already in the public domain or is available free of charge.
