As Warrington Partnership has many members and priorities, it splits the work it does between several groups.
Warrington Partnership Board
Chair: Cllr Mike Hannon (deputy leader of the council)
Deputy Chair: Steve Cullen (Manager Warrington CAB & third sector hub representative)
Coordinator: Jo Taylor (jtaylor5@warrington.gov.uk, tel: 01925 443513)
The Partnership Board is the group which provides the strategic lead for the Warrington Partnership. Members of the board include representatives from the public sector, the voluntary/community sector and the private sector. We also have a mixture of specialist knowledge on the Board (for example someone who knows about children, someone who knows about community safety, someone who knows about public health and so on). A list of current membership can be found here: Warrington_Partnership_Board_membership.doc
Papers for the most recent board meeting can be found below. For copies of papers from previous meetings please contact warringtonpartnership@warrington.gov.uk

Neighbourhood Programme Board and Neighbourhood Area Boards
Learning from the Stronger Together in Warrington pilot project, and other local experience, Warrington Partnership rolled out neighbourhood working across the borough.
In areas of greatest need a neighbourhood management approach taken whilst a 'lighter touch' area co-ordination model is being applied in areas which face fewer challenges. Together they cover the entire borough, bringing the advantages of neighbourhood working to all of Warrington's communities. The neighbourhood board report to the neighbourhood programme board and the Warrington Partnership Board.

Priority Action Groups (PAGs)
In areas where it has been identified that partners need to work together in a very focussed way to look at specific issues, we have Priority Action Groups. Currently these groups are:
Meeting schedule – Partnership Board and PAGs
Partnership meetings are not open public meetings. If you would like to attend a Partnership meeting you must contact the relevant coordinator or the partnership team on 01925 443513 or email warringtonpartnership@warrington.gov.uk. A meeting schedule for partnership board and PAGs can be downloaded here: Partnership_Board_and_PAG_meeting_schedule_2012.pdf
Other groups
In addition to the priority action groups and neighbourhood boards, there are a number of other boards and groups which work in partnership and have strong links to the partnership board.
Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP)
The Cheshire and Warrington LEP was awarded full status in October 2010. For more information about Cheshire and Warrington’s application for LEP status and the LEP board members, click here.
Third Sector Hub
Warrington's Third Sector Network Hub plays a key role in the work of the Partnership and provides a voice for Warrington's third sector. The Warrington Third Sector Network Hub is a group of representatives who, through their links with grassroots organisations are well placed to comment on the effectiveness of the nature, time and place of services which are delivered in the borough.
Three representatives from the hub sit on the partnership board and other partnership groups. However, the hub represents a wide range of partnership stakeholders and local organisations. If you would like to get involved or find out more, please contact:-
