Our role is to protect the health, safety and welfare of people in and around buildings. We aim to provide a professional, customer-orientated, cost effective and publicly accountable service.

If you need your building plans examined, structural calculations checking or a demolition inspection (amongst other things) we can help you. For further information on the services provided and relevant application forms please follow the links below.

You can now 'submit applications' online and also 'search building regulation applications' online.
