There are a number of ways to pay your parking fine. The easiest and quickest way to pay is online and can be completed below.

• Online payments by debit or credit card can be made 24 hours a day. You can access the payments site via the external links section at the bottom of this page.
• Payment can be made by post by crossed cheque or postal order made payable to Warrington Borough Council.  Be sure to write the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number and your address on the reverse of the cheque/postal order so we can update our records.

Please do not send cash, bank notes or blank postal orders, these cannot be processed on our systems.

Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you need a receipt.  Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

The system can accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro.

The office is available to take payments between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday excluding public & bank holidays

Please request and retain receipt as proof of payment.
