Population reporter - population, equality and diversity profile of Warrington borough
This reporter aims to pull together a range of information about the size and nature of the resident population within Warrington borough.
It looks at the population trends in different ways including by age, gender, ethnicity and disability. This includes both recent past trends as well as projections for the next few years.
This will help the council and partner organisations monitor how its services and facilities are used by members of various community groups.
It also brings together information to identify the key trends in population change and migration which will impact on the levels of services required within the borough.
The tool allows users to select population estimates for both the borough and its wards by different age groups".

Mid-year population estimates
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) annually publishes the ‘Registrar general mid year estimates for Warrington borough’. Mid-year estimates refer to the number of residents by age and gender within the borough as at the end of June each year.
