If you offer semi-permanent skin colouring, tattoos, cosmetic piercing, acupuncture or electrolysis you must be registered with us.

Both the premises where the skin-piercing activities takes place and individual operators must be registered and once registered a certificate of registration will be issued.

There is a one-off payment for a premises £64.96, plus £32.48 per operator.

You must provide specific information including details of your premises and any previous convictions for practicing without a licence in this field.
