Apply as soon as you know your plans for the next academic year, by 31 July at the latest. Late applications may result in late issue of passes or difficulties in arranging transport.

Providing you submit your application in good time, and you are eligible to receive assistance, a pass will be forwarded to your home address before the start of the new academic year.

Application forms are available from the education and learning downloads on this website. Alternatively, paper forms are available at all secondary schools in Warrington and from Contact Warrington on Horsemarket Street. A passport size photograph is required for all new applications.
