Warrington Borough Council is delighted to be one of the ambassador authorities for the Love Where You Live campaign working alongside Keep Britain Tidy. The campaign aims to inspire individuals, businesses, groups and organisations to think about their communities and take personal responsibility for making Warrington a cleaner, green place.

Local residents are the stars of the campaign which can only work with the support of everyone in the community.  As the stars of our campaign show that Warrington people already take great pride in the town and with the help of enthusiastic local people Love Where You Live will make even more of a positive difference to the places where people live, work and play.

You can support the campaign by signing up and pledging your support and letting us know why Warrington is important to you and what you can do to make a difference.  You’ll also be able to view the latest Love Where You Live events taking place in Warrington below, so keep checking back for regular updates.  You could join a local community clean up event in your neighbourhood, or if there isn’t one, why not organise it yourself and invite you friends and neighbours to get involved.  Clean up kits and helpful guidance are available to order free of charge once you have signed up.

The council will be attending lots of festivals and events in the local community around the borough throughout the year.
