Have your council tax account number and an appropriate debit card to hand then choose one of the following methods:

Automated

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All calls made from a BT landline are charged at local rates. Calls made with other suppliers may be more and calls made from mobiles will cost considerably more.  

Simply call and follow the instructions.  

Operator assisted

This service is available from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, and Saturdays between 9am to 1pm. 

Please note that for some funds there is a minimum payment of £2.
