Grappenhall Library is at the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Albert Road, off Chester Road.

Car park at the front of the library, with access gates from Victoria Avenue and Albert Road.
Access
The library is on ground level, with a ramp in front of the entrance door and an automatic opening door into the library. A hearing induction loop is available.

- Books for loan for three weeks

- Young people's reading group on the first Wednesday of every month, between 5.45– 6.45pm
- Limited reference collection
- Internet access for free – two computers
- Adult talking books for loan - cassette format

History
The library opened in May 1959. Fifty years of library provision were celebrated with a week of events in May 2009.
