Location
Proceed along Sankey Way and take the first exit onto A562 towards Penketh. Marina Avenue is the first turning on the left, before the traffic lights. Great Sankey Library is immediately on the right hand side of the road.
Parking
Car park at the side of the library, with one disabled car parking space.
Access
The library is on ground level, with a ramp at the front entrance, and automatic opening doors into a foyer and into the library. There are two public toilets and one accessible toilet in the foyer. A hearing induction loop is available.

History
The library opened in 1969, but was rebuilt following a fire in 1989, and re-opened in 1990.
