The Living Well bus, delivered by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, travels to different locations across the region, ensuring it reaches as many areas as possible, to support people to improve their health and wellbeing.

A range of services are available, including the Spring Covid-19 vaccine (for those who are eligible), all UK immunisations, physical health checks, referrals and signposting to mental health services, and other appropriate services and organisations.

During periods of peak vaccine demand, the team will prioritise vaccination delivery, health checks will be provided when possible.

  • Cholesterol check
  • Blood glucose check
  • BMI check
