Stronger Together delivers neighbourhood working to communities across Warrington. It is built on the success of the pilot project Stronger Together in Warrington and aims to ensure that all of Warrington's communities can experience the advantages of neighbourhood working.
Neighbourhood working is a way of working with communities to make sure that local people can influence decisions about their neighbourhood. It ensures that service providers co-ordinate their activities to address local priorities and help individuals, service users and groups to tell us what works best in their area.
Wherever you live in Warrington there will be a variety of ways for you to get involved in decisions about your local area and play a part in improving it. You will be able to help decide priorities, contribute ideas about how to tackle local issues and make sure that service providers know what it is really like to live in your area and what works best.
If you want to know more, our FAQ sheet will give you the essentials.
If you want to know which area you live in have a look at our map of Warrington.
Part of the commitment to neighbourhood working is to appoint dedicated managers who focus their efforts on working together with residents, partners and staff to improve things in their areas. Here are their names and contact details along with photographs so you can see their smiling faces!

Essential to effective working on a neighbourhood basis are focused area plans. These must be based on firm statistical evidence from a range of sources and partners, together with information from residents about what an area is really like to live in.
Detailed profiles of each area have been developed and provide an interesting read as well as a robust foundation for development of area plans. The plans spell out what needs to be done to tackle priorities in the area, some of which form part of the bigger vision for Warrington and some of which are locally decided. These plans are being developed in all areas and will be published and available on this website soon...watch this space!
