Garage sites

After a review of the garages we own throughout the borough we no longer offer them for rent.

Garage plot sites

We own a number of garage plot sites. These sites are available to let and cost £100 plus VAT per plot. There is also a one off payment of £100 to cover our administration & surveying costs.

Plots are let out on the basis that you erect your own garage, and that you provide evidence you have done this within 4 weeks of signing an agreement. 

The agreement can be terminated by either us (as landlord) or you (the tenant) by giving 4 weeks written notice. If an agreement is terminated by either party, then you will have to dismantle and remove your garage from the site.

• Appleton
• Bewsey
• Latchford
• Lymm
• Orford
• Woolston

Your garage should only be used for the purpose of parking a motor vehicle and no other purpose. Priority will be given to applicants who live near to each of the plot sites.

To apply complete the online form, you will need to tell us:

• Your name and address
• Contact details

The data we collect from our online forms is stored for no more than six weeks. However other teams may store your data for longer in order to continue to provide you with the service you have requested.
