Warrington’s dining out offer is second to none, with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from in the Old Fish Market by Golden Square, along with smaller boutique bars and nightclubs on Bridge Street.

Bridge Street

Starting from Bridgefoot and going up to the town’s famous Guardian columns, Bridge Street is a gateway into the town centre and home to many local restaurants and bars. Upper Bridge Street also has an entrance to the new Warrington Market, with access to the new Time Square development - an eagerly awaited revitalisation of Warrington’s leisure scene.

Time Square and market

Just outside the new Time Square public space, ‘Cookhouse at Warrington Market’ is a special place to eat out which also hosts special events throughout the year. There is a huge variety of hot and cold dishes on offer from a range of local businesses and two independent bars serving a wide range of drinks.
